As the president was leaving, the Lagos State Council for Arts and Culture troupe gave a performance.

The President traveled to Lagos on Saturday in order to officially launch the construction of the N15 trillion Lagos-Calabar Superhighway, a legacy project of his government.

The President opened a concrete-paved route to the country’s two main ports, Apapa and Tin Can Island, on Sunday while he was there.

The Dangote Group used their tax credits to pay the reconstruction of the road, according to a statement made on Saturday by Bayo Onanuga, Special Advisor to the President on Information and Strategy.

During the visit, Mr. Tinubu also ceremoniously opened the Third Mainland Bridge.
