Nicki Minaj has been detained for allegedly possessing narcotics.
On Saturday, the American rapper was arrested at Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport.
The musician resorted to X, now known as Twitter, to recount the incident.
“Now they say they found weed and that another group of people needs to come here to weigh the pre-rolls.” Keep in mind that they removed my stuff without my permission.
“My security has already informed them that the pre-rolls belong to him. Oh, and the pilot wants me to take my Instagram post down,” she wrote.
The two-time Grammy nominee was live on Instagram during the arrest and documented it on her account.
A police officer in Amsterdam informed her that she was being held for “carrying drugs,” and she was directed to enter a police van.
Minaj denied carrying narcotics and requested that her “lawyer present” with her.
